CODEBASE BUYER BRIEF · NOT A CHECKOUT
Maintain or adapt a small local HTML review tool.
For a developer or small web agency that wants a deterministic supplied-HTML review workflow to inspect and adapt. This is a code-and-documentation proposal, not a SaaS business with paying customers.
Use the tool: $0
- Paste HTML or open an HTML/TXT file locally.
- Inspect metadata, headings and JSON-LD syntax.
- Compare edits and make drafts for manual review.
- Use the dated offline evaluation download for free.
Proposed handover: $550 USD
Negotiable asking price, not a valuation or accepted offer. Intended for a technical buyer evaluating a maintained/adaptable codebase.
You are not paying for privileged access to the publicly available HTML. The proposed value is the organized source, reproducible test harness, fixtures and handover documentation listed below. Whether that saves you enough work is your decision.
Prepared bundle: actual files, not future promises
| Files | Purpose / limits |
|---|---|
src/index.html, src/buyer-review.html, src/privacy.html | Current static browser interface and information pages. The tool source is already publicly served; no secret backend or hidden AI engine is included. |
tests/regression.cjs + fixtures/*.html | Reproducible browser checks with clean, changed and hostile sample inputs. An optional development dependency is required to rerun the harness; no external library is required by the tool at runtime. |
README.md, ACCEPTANCE.md, OWNERSHIP_REVIEW.md | Run/adaptation notes, suggested acceptance checks, limitations and rights questions. AI-assisted documentation is not legal clearance. |
ASSETS.json, MANIFEST.json, evidence/regression-results.json | Scope, file hashes and dated reproducible test evidence, not proof of real users, demand or production security. |
The dated free offline ZIP is unchanged. These files are prepared for inspection; there is no automatic source delivery, licence grant or sale on this page.
What is not included
No custom domain, hosting account, wallet, API key, payment account, customer list, verified audience, subscription revenue, live crawler, AI citation monitoring or autonomous agents. Historical v4.0 archives and inherited third-party graphics are excluded from this proposed bundle. No future development, installation, support hours or delivery deadline is committed.
Rights and lawful eligibility: review before money
Existing public copies are disclosed and unaffected. This is not a promise of exclusive ownership of those copies. No exclusive IP transfer or final licence is offered as already approved. AI-assisted code and any third-party provenance require review; the asset inventory is not a licence or independent legal opinion.
Both sides must first establish lawful eligibility and an available, lawful receiving route. No location masking, borrowed account, unsupported payment method or sanctions bypass is offered.
Check fit in four steps
- Run the free sample, then try a non-confidential HTML page of your own.
- Ask which exact source, tests and documents you want to inspect.
- Review inventory, provenance, permitted uses and your acceptance criteria.
- Only then discuss a separate written agreement, owner's approval, price and lawful payment. No payment is due for an enquiry.
